Floor plans

Three to five bedrooms.

One lease, one household. Every layout is furnished, and every one is a townhouse with its own entrance.

3 bedroom · 1.5 baths

Two rows of these, at 1664 and 1668 Woodroffe. Bedrooms upstairs, living space and kitchen on the ground floor.

[1,181 Sq Ft]

4 bedroom · 1.5 baths

Four bedrooms, one full bathroom and one half. The straightforward version.

[1,360 Sq Ft]

4 bedroom · 2.5 baths

The same footprint with a second full bathroom upstairs. On a school morning that’s the difference between a queue and no queue.

[1,468 Sq Ft]

4 bedroom · 3 baths

Four bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and a den off the living room: 89 square feet, room for a desk and a door that shuts.

[1,660 Sq Ft]

5 bedroom · 2.5 baths

Five bedrooms, and the larger of the two dens at 124 square feet. Enough house that two people can work in it without sharing a wall.

[1,715 Sq Ft]

Inside a home at Woodroffe Towns: an open kitchen with a wooden island and stools, opening onto a living room, with a staircase to the upper floor.

Laid out for family life.

Living space and the kitchen on the ground floor, bedrooms above, and the laundry below.

It means the noise sits on a different floor from the sleeping, which is most of what anyone wants from a house with children in it. It also means stairs, several times a day. Worth knowing before you come.

Walk-in closets in the bedrooms. Central air through the summer. A balcony on some layouts, and a den on others.

Walk through it first.

Four layouts scanned in 3D, so you can see how the floors stack before you drive over. Useful if you’re house-hunting Nepean from another city.

Furnished

Home‑cooked dinner, night one.

A dining table and chairs already in place in a home at Woodroffe Towns, with the kitchen behind it.

Most moves start with boxes and takeout on the floor. Not here. The night you get the keys, you’re eating dinner at your own table.

Every home comes furnished, top to bottom:

  • Beds in every bedroom
  • Dining table and chairs
  • Sofas and living room furniture

Ask for the inventory list

What you don’t need to bring.

It’s already here:

  • The furniture: beds, sofas, dining table and chairs
  • Fridge, stove, dishwasher, and microwave
  • A washer and dryer of your own

Linens, towels, pots, pans and dishes are not included, so those come with you. Ask the office and you’ll have the full inventory in writing before you sign.

A yard, not a balcony.

Mown grass and mature trees. A footpath runs between the rows with back gates onto it. Nobody waits for an elevator to get outside.

Off Woodroffe, on a transit line.

The stop sits eleven metres from the nearest building. Beechcliffe Park is 330 m the other way, and you reach it without crossing Woodroffe. Manordale Public School is a twelve-minute walk, most of it through Manordale Park. It runs junior kindergarten to grade 6.
